Can I burn it while doing something else?
Yes. You can intentionally incorporate it into your practice while journaling, working, getting ready, meditating, cleaning your space, taking a bath or just relaxing. For deeper ritual work, give yourself a few uninterrupted moments to consciously connect with your intention.
Do I have to burn the entire candle in one ritual?
No. In fact, you shouldn’t. 😂 Use it over multiple sessions & allow the candle to become a recurring physical anchor for the intention.

Candle safety
Trim wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn. Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area.
Keep away from anything flammable, children & pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do not burn longer than 3 hours at a time. Allow to cool completely before relighting. Keep wax free of debris & discontinue use before the candle reaches the bottom of the vessel.
